Out of Africa...I mean, out of the office. :) I'm a little giddy this morning as I pack a few final things in preparation for our flight to South Africa. We are once again visiting my sister and this time we will be attending her African wedding! The wedding takes place next Saturday night, but until then we plan on sipping cocktail sundowners and lounging around on the beach...

I will be out of the office until our return on Tuesday, March 1st with no access to email. Please be patient with me and I will respond to your email as quickly as I can upon our return.

mexico on instax.

As many of you know, I traveled down to Guadalajara, Mexico at the end of last year for a truly life-changing experience of taking the Jose Villa Workshop. I will talk more about what we did that week later, but for now, I just wanted to show you a few of my instax prints from my trip. I was super pumped to win this cute camera during the workshop.

Oh and I had the coolest, most talented roomie - Katie Stoops. Yes, she balanced an orange on her head for me. :)

Happy New Year! Hope your 2011 is getting off to a beautiful start. I apologize for being so quiet lately, but I promise I have good reason. Besides the general wedding craziness, my beautiful sister Cindy got married on New Year's Day. It was such an amazing day surrounded by old family, new family and such good friends. I have never seen my sister smile more than she did on that day.

A few days before the big day, I was able to snap a few pictures of Cindy and Chris at my favorite coffeeshop Antidote. Cindy couldn't stop giggling...so stinkin' cute.

To celebrate my 29 years, I thought I would blog some silly, random things about me that you may or may not know:

1. My favorite color - grey (oh who am I kidding? Orange too!)
2. Favorite food - Mexican, preferably with a margarita
3. Favorite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon - wake up late and have brunch at Baby Barnabys with my hubby

11. What do I love most about my husband? Constantly challenges and reminds me to relax, remember what is important and to enjoy life. Plus, he looks really cute in his kicks.
