Jay and Nan are like heaven when you meet them. So sweet and so caring, it is easy to become friends. When they look at each other, you can tell they love each other like crazy and would do anything for the other.

After doing to the photography for Jay's cousin Jessica just two weeks before, I was excited to see the family and friends again for Jay and Nan's celebrations. The weekend started off at the Maharajah restaurant with beautiful mehndi, amazing food and lots of dancing....enjoy some of my favorites!

sneak peek - amanda & robert.

I have been in Waynesboro, Georgia for the last few days and had the honor of being a part of Amanda & Robert's wedding yesterday. One of my favorite things as a photographer is large open fields and wooded areas. Let's just say, I have been in love with Georgia. Amanda and Robert were married yesterday at a beautiful cabin nestled in a wooded area next to the river. It was stunning! More images will come soon, but for now, here is a sneak peek of just the two of them...

sneak peek - katie & mike.

I could not have been a luckier photographer on 10.10.10. This past Sunday, I was a part of Katie and Mike's beautiful vineyard wedding. It was perfect weather, a gorgeous couple and filled with family and friends. Right after the wedding, I was able to sneak away with the couple to the actual vineyard and take a couple of pictures of just the two of them. There are so many good ones it was hard to choose just one for the sneak peek, but here is one of my favorites... more coming soon!

meet beth & carl

Beth and Carl are absolutely, heartbreakingly adorable together. When I first met Beth, Carl was in Dubai and obviously not able to join us for our meeting. I listened to Beth's descriptions of Carl and couldn't wait to meet someone who made Beth so happy. She said he was Canadian, scruffy and had lots of tattoos. I laugh out loud when I think of this description - which he is all of these things, and more.

Since Carl lives and works in Dubai, I did not get to meet up with the pair for a more relaxed portrait session until after their wedding day. We started our day at the most unique place I ever shot in Houston. A little gem tucked away near Telephone Road called The Orange Show. If you've never been, I highly recommend it. And here is a shout out to the amazing Ashleigh (of Green Lily Events) for recommending such a cool spot!

Their wedding pictures will soon follow, but first, meet Beth and Carl...

little adam & max.

Meet the most adorable little twin boys, Adam and Max. I showed you a little teaser last week of how adorable they are, but when I saw them again this week, I fell in love with them all over again. I have always been putty around new, adorable babies, but when there are TWO?! I was gone, I was mush. These two little angels are the new additions to the Dilley family. I am so happy for M'Lissa and Craig. They endured a lot to make sure the boys made it out safe and sound and I think you will agree, they did a good job!
